All sensitive information including names, addresses, etc., is stored on offline computers with limited personnel access. We do not store Credit Card information, and there is no access to this information by any personnel at BariatricSupermarket.com. We take the privacy of our customers very seriously, and are ready to prosecute any individual or party who compromises secure information.
Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method in authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped.
Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of you order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Payment Options
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Orders paid via personal check will not be shipped out until check clears.
We reserve the right to withhold shipment until payment transaction has been completed.
Sales Tax
Only Florida state residents are subject to sales tax collected by BariatricSupermarket.com on non-nutritional products. Nutritional products are currently non-taxable items in the state of Florida.
Order Returns
You may return certain unopened products with prior authorization and accompanying receipt within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Products returned after 30 days of purchase will incur a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping cost on returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned unopened and in unchanged condition. We do not accept returns on protein bars / cookies or vitamin / mineral supplements due to concern with product safety and tampering. Protein shakes can be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase.
If you purchased a wrong flavor or product, you must e-mail us so that you may be issued a credit / replacement. We do not take returns based on the fact that you didn't like a flavor – sorry! Also, returns are not taken because a product "didn't work". We are not product manufacturers, and make no claims for products. If a product was unsatisfactory, please contact the product manufacturer. Regardless of the reason for the merchandise return, you must contact us regarding the return. You will receive a detailed e-mail with instructions once we receive and review the request.
On the unlikely event that you receive an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us promptly so we can exchange it for the correct item.
Please pack well all merchandise to be returned.
Pricing and Typographical Errors
We work hard to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to error, BariatricSupermarket.com reserves the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
